The Council of Islamic Guidance provides a facility for you to make a donation directly from your choice of bank. This can be setup for one time transfer or a regular interval i.e. every month, every two weeks, every year. We will need a void check and a pre-authorization statement from you. Please contact any member of our executive committee to obtain a copy of pre-authorization form.

You can mail your funds to us at the following address. Please make sure that you make your checks or money orders payable to “The Council of Islamic Guidance”. Please write the purpose for the donation eg. General Purpose, Khums, Zakat or Majaalis. We do not accept cash through the mail as it can get lost and invites unauthorized people to open our mail. All cash Donations must be made in person or through someone.

You can donate using your credit card, debit card or bank account. We accept Visa, Master Card, Interac through CanadaHelps.org. CanadaHelps.org will provide you with a tax receipt through e-mail immediately and the CIG will send you a receipt at the end of the year.
